First of all, give yourself some time to think carefully about what is what you want, what are the advantages and disadvantages of both work and are you ready for this change. On the other hand, you have already mastered routine of your job and it feels like you are ignoring these obligations and you are not motivated to give your best. How to make the right decision?

1. Do you want to accept a new job just to get away from the old?

If you are frustrated with your current job, it is certainly time for a change. However, do not be hasty, because you may have to accept a worse deal exclusively driven by the desire to escape. Be patient a little longer and make sure that the offer, will take you step forward, not backward.

2. Do you know what you're getting into?

Employers often know how to exaggerate advantage of conditions that they are offering. It is therefore important to explore and learn more about how real business works, what is the atmosphere, if rules are respected and what are your freedoms. When you know exactly what you're getting into, it would be easier to make a decision.

3. Will I be paid as much as my job's worth?

All other conditions of work are subordinated to one thing: profit. No matter how you fit the politics of business, the ideals, the atmosphere among employees, superior flexibility and other aspects, if you are not paid what they deserve, you will not be satisfied.

4. How looks overall business offer?

Salary is not the only factor that determines your earnings, but it makes the relationship effort, time spent and fees which you will receive. Therefore, it is important to inquire about these conditions. Do you get paid overtime? Are there opportunities for advancement? Do you receive bonuses for a job well done? These are all questions that should get a response.

5. Is it fear of the unknown reason I'm staying at my old job?

If fear in jobyou still seem to prefer to remain on current job, think carefully about the reasons for such decisions. Fear of the unknown and of changes often inhibits people to realize their full potential. If you realize that fear is the reason you are staying, it is time to make a change in your career.
